Unless expressly stated in writing, EMESOR is not a certification body, accreditation body, testing laboratory, inspection body, governmental authority, or regulatory authority and does not issue certifications, accreditations, licences, permits, registrations, regulatory approvals, or conformity assessment decisions.
  • All certification decisions remain the sole responsibility of the relevant certification body. Accreditation decisions remain the sole responsibility of the relevant accreditation body. Testing activities and the validity of test results remain the responsibility of the performing laboratory. Inspection activities and inspection findings remain the responsibility of the performing inspection body. Regulatory approvals, licences, permits, registrations, customs clearances, and other governmental or regulatory decisions remain the sole responsibility of the relevant competent authority.
  • EMESOR acts solely as an independent facilitator and professional adviser and has no authority to influence, control, or guarantee the decisions, timelines, technical findings, approvals, refusals, suspensions, withdrawals, or other determinations of any certification body, accreditation body, laboratory, inspection body, governmental authority, customs authority, regulator, or other independent third party.
  • The Client acknowledges and agrees that EMESOR does not warrant or guarantee the issuance, approval, maintenance, renewal, suspension, withdrawal, acceptance, or continued validity of any certification, accreditation, registration, licence, permit, regulatory approval, inspection result, test result, or other decision made by any third party.
  • EMESOR shall not be liable for any delay, rejection, suspension, withdrawal, refusal, technical finding, system outage, portal failure, administrative delay, change in law, change in regulatory policy, customs action, or any act or omission of any certification body, accreditation body, laboratory, inspection body, governmental authority, customs authority, regulator, or other independent third party that is beyond EMESOR's reasonable control.
